Dress Code

We would like to remind Members, Guests and Visitors to our Club of our Dress Code.

On the Course

• Changing clothes or shoes in the car park is not permitted
   
• Smart casual dress at all times
 
• Tailored shorts are allowed which are no higher than 3 inches above the knee with knee length socks of plain colour or sports socks predominantly white above ankle high
 
• Golf shoes must be worn when playing the course
 
• All shirts must be of recognisable golf design and must be tucked in at the waistband
 
• Trousers must not be visibly tucked into socks
 
• No denims, trainers, track suits or tee shirts allowed

Ladies

• Changing clothes or shoes in the car park is not permitted
 
• Smart casual dress at all times
 
• Socks may be of any colour or length
 
• No denims, trainers, track suits or tee shirts allowed

In the Clubhouse

Gentlemen

• Shorts and golf shoes are not permitted (other than to enter scores or to purchase drinks for consumption outside; access may only be gained by the back door or by the stairs leading from the changing room)
 
• Bar & Rear Bar – Smart casual dress at all times
 
• Lounge & Round Hall – Smart casual  dress at all times
 
• Dining Room – Sundays: Jacket and tie at all times
 
• Other days: Smart casual dress. Jacket and tie after 7:30 pm

Ladies

• Smart dress at all times
 
• No shorts after 7:30 pm
 
• Golf shoes are only allowed in the areas on route to the Ladies changing room

Mobile Phones

• Mobile phones are not permitted on the Golf Course or in the Clubhouse
 
• They may only be used in the general car park area, with due consideration to players on the course

The above dress rules may be varied from time to time at the discretion of the Captain, President or Secretary.
