West Midlands Ambulance Service Heartstart Course

West Midlands Ambulance Service have kindly agreed to provide their free Heartstart course to members at the club on Tuesday 19th March from 10am - noon in the Dining Room. Maximum number per course is 15, but they would be willing to provide a further course at a later date if enough people are interested.

This course teaches how to recognise early warning signs of a heart attack, perform cardio-pulmonary resuscitation and care for someone unconscious, bleeding or choking.

There will be a sign-up form on the notice board in the lobby on Monday 4th March for any members who wish to attend. Please could members who are interested in attending either e-mail the Lady Captain Amanda Horne or sign the form. If you are interested in taking the course at a later date, please let the Lady Captain know.
