The entry form for the Katharine House Hospice Charity Ladies Golf Day which will be held on Thursday 19th April is now available for download.

The format is a 4ball AM-AM Stableford, best two scores to count with 3/4 handicap allowance.  Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places and  there will also be also a Two's competition as well as a Nearest the Pin prize.
