The Management Committee would like to thank all those members who participated in the 2011 satisfaction survey. Congratulations go to John Bell for winning the free coaching session in the prize draw for entered surveys!

Results have shown that he overall satisfaction levels are very pleasing within the golf club although there are several areas of Club life that fall short of members expectations.

There were many thought provoking ideas and suggestions offered in the commentary sections of the survey with many members including extended dialogue for consideration which I think illustrates the affection we all hold for Brocton Hall Golf Club.

As the new Management Committee goes forward into 2012 we hope to use the surveys as a tool for improvements both on and off the Course.

We would like to wish all members a healthy and happy new golfing year.
