"Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Jonathan Watts, and I'm the Head Teaching Professional here Brocton Hall Golf Club. A position I am proud to have held since March 2009. Previously I held a position as PGA Teaching Professional and Senior Custom Fit Specialist at the Belfry Golf Centre. I'm also very proud to have graduated in the top three in my PGA training for the UK and Ireland, gaining a scholarship from title sponsor Titleist and Footjoy Worldwide and more recently I became a AA PGA Professional. My custom fit experience took me to European tour level, looking after many of the TaylorMade Tour Professional, lectured custom fitting for the PGA trainee's and was the club tester for Today's Golfer. In my current role I coach golfers at all levels, with a holistic style to my teaching, I believe in a total approach to the game. I also believe in teaching the golfer not the game, everyone has different needs and will need the coach to adapt to their particular learning style. I coach 40 juniors a week in our own junior coaching system and work with school partnerships to offer Tri-Golf with local schools in Staffordshire.
