Handicap Limit 24.
90% Handicap Allowance.
Members and guests must have an Active Competition CONGU handicap to win a prize.
Guests must be a member of a recognised golf club and hold a CONGU handicap. The Home Club must be provided for veirfication of handicap on the CDH.
