Bethan’s playing handicap has been reduced by 5 shots in the past week and she is now down to 26. I really must mention Maria who since the beginning of this month has reduced her playing handicap by 3 shots. However you should know that apart from our two competitions over the Easter period, Maria has been playing in competitions across the County, including the Staffordshire School Trials, the County Girls Championship and playing in the Ladies Competitions at Brocton. So that is an excellent achievement Maria. I am sure it will continue. Welcome back to Ellie Treadwell who has been having treatment for a bad back. Good to see you playing again Ellie.

Well, Elliott won last week but Richard won this week. A good tussle going on between you guys, which is good for golf. However, this was only Oliver’s second competition and he was only one point behind, so look out everyone.
|1st||Richard Haenelt||15 points|
|2nd||Elliott Clark||13 points|
|3rd||Oliver Nichols||12 points|
Many thanks to our Starter, John Perkin and to our On-Course helpers, Jenny Bulman, Jane Plant and Paul Sutton. Thanks to Nicki Bowen for again entering the scores and for finalizing the competition.
